We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide senior administrative support to the Senior Executive Director, Housing. This is a critical role that requires a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and a professional work ethic.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Senior Executive Director, Housing, including providing senior executive administrative services;
- Coordinate and manage schedules and calendars as well as travel and accommodations as required;
- Arrange meetings and events;
- Attend meetings and take minutes as required;
- Ensure constant innovation and administrative process improvements;
- Manage numerous operational processes, such as bring forward and workflow monitoring systems and correspondence processing.
You have successfully completed a one-year business course and have several years of senior office administration/secretarial experience. You are a self-motivated individual who works well independently and participates fully in a team environment. You possess excellent grammar, proofreading and organizational skills along with exceptional ability to manage competing priorities. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to address and manage client inquiries both in person and by phone is essential to your success.
