About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is recorded and maintained.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, achieving a Service Level of 85%.
  • Evaluate customer information to handle inquiries, orders, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Direct or escalate requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through inside sales initiatives.
  • Verify customer information and perform credit checks using the Equifax credit tool.
  • Process credit card pre-authorizations and sales accurately.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions through account comments.
  • Manage customer account administration and communicate with internal departments as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a relentless focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications, including Office 365, ERP, and CRM.
  • Strong numeric, oral, and written language skills.
  • Good data entry and keyboard skills.
  • Knowledge of administration and clerical processes.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-starter with a flexible attitude.
  • Stress tolerance.
  • Experience with training and onboarding at Parkland or previous experience as a Training SME.
