Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Management Analyst to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). This role will involve providing specialized business management guidance and support, while also implementing policies, processes, and initiatives that align with TD's overarching business management strategy.

About the Role
  • Identify key issues and opportunities, understand trends, and provide expert business management advice to senior management and respective teams.
  • Lead and coordinate the integrated implementation of policies, processes, procedures, and solutions across multiple functional areas.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and help identify, design, test, and implement solutions and support activities.
  • Develop and provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at both the functional or enterprise level.
  • Create and deliver presentations and communications geared to management or broader audiences.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines, contribute to the review of internal processes and activities.
  • Identify variances and contribute to the analysis, due diligence, and implementation of initiatives and/or business operations within defined area of responsibility.
Key Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel, as well as experience with Power BI.
  • Familiarity with workforce management tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders.
