About the Role

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Coast Capital Savings. As a Member Service Representative, you will be the face of our organization in the branch and play a critical role in providing excellent member service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional member service and support, ensuring a positive experience for all members.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to members on financial products and services.
  • Build strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with other Coast Capital team members to achieve business objectives and support the growth of the organization.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on Coast Capital products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude.
