Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at SAB 13JI Immigration Services Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative procedures and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
