About Jagger: We are a Structural Consulting Firm partnering with a leading steel detailing company to find a Steel Detailing Project Manager for our Winnipeg office. This opportunity is open to all of Canada and offers relocation packages for non-local candidates and remote work for exceptional candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high client satisfaction.
- Utilize Tekla Structures for design and detailing, collaborating with engineers, architects, and fabricators to deliver high-quality results.
- Handle project timelines, RFIs, and change orders, maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
- Lead a productive team to meet deadlines, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through direct engagement, building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Advanced user of Tekla Structures, with experience in structural and miscellaneous steel construction.
- 3-5 years of project management experience in steel detailing, with a strong understanding of project timelines and RFIs.
- Skilled in interpreting fabrication drawings and managing multiple priorities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Relevant Diploma, Certificate, or equivalent experience in steel detailing or a related field.
