Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit Construction Site Laborer to join our team at RNR Steel. This is a dynamic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to develop their skills in the construction industry.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling forms and scaffolding, and cleaning up spills. The role requires strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading materials from trucks and equipment
  • Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Tending or feeding machines or equipment used in construction
  • Erecting and maintaining steel, wood, or concrete poles, towers, and guy wires
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Able to work at heights, outdoors, and in noisy and dusty environments
Work Environment

This role involves frequent or constant travel, with work locations varying depending on project requirements. As a Construction Site Laborer, you can expect to work in various locations, including construction sites and various locations.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
