About the Role

Cosmos Infra Ltd. is seeking a skilled Drywall and Steel Framing Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of walls and ceilings at our client sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and comprehend blueprints and shop drawings to ensure accurate installation.
- Lead a team of field employees to perform drywall and steel framing work with high efficiency and quality standards.
- Schedule project workforce needs in collaboration with the Project Manager and report to the General Contractor.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and workplace assessments/inspections to ensure a safe work environment.
- Manage daily administration tasks such as timecards, field reports, and schedule updates.
- Ensure quality standards are met and assist in managing the project Quality Control program.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of construction experience, preferably in architectural and construction trade fields.
- Strong leadership skills and comprehensive understanding of construction techniques and best practices.
