About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Royal Classic Kitchens Manufacturing Corp. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting project progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Recruit, train, and develop construction staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading construction projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
