Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Royal Classic Kitchens Manufacturing Corp.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, including fabrication, installation, and commercial/residential work.
- Prepare and submit reports on production and project progress.
- Manage staffing actions, including recruitment, training, and personnel development.
- 5-10 years of experience in construction site supervision, preferably with a background in fabrication and installation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Degree equivalent to secondary (high) school graduation certificate or higher.
- Fabrication, installation, commercial, and residential settings.
- 37.5 hours per week, with free parking available.
- $60,000 - $80,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience.
- Paid vacation time and other benefits as per company policies.
