Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Royal Classic Kitchens. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress and site activities
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of construction workers
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including material deliveries and equipment rentals
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction supervision or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
