Personal Banking Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banking Associate to join our team at the Blainville branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and promoting TD Bank's products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Create a positive and personalized experience for every customer interaction, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Product Promotion: Educate and promote TD Bank's products and services to customers, focusing on Everyday Banking products and personal unsecured lending.
- Problem Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for customer problems, ensuring concerns are handled promptly and escalated when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to maintain a professional and inviting branch environment, adhering to premises, marketing, and regulatory guidelines.
- Operational Excellence: Contribute to business objectives by identifying advice opportunities and referrals, enabling business growth.
- Education: High School diploma and/or equivalent.
- Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles.
- Language: Proficiency in English (additional languages an asset).
