Personal Banking Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banking Associate to join our team in Blainville. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and promoting TD Bank's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Create a positive and personalized experience for every customer interaction, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of TD Bank's products and services, including Everyday Banking, credit cards, and personal lending.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored advice and solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Operational Excellence: Contribute to the achievement of business objectives by identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing process changes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma and/or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Experience: 1+ year of relevant experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Language: Proficiency in English required; proficiency in French an asset.
