Job Summary

MNP LLP is a leading national accounting, tax, and business advisory firm in Canada. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Auditor to join our team in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Attend lottery draws for our Regional Lottery supplier and ensure accurate completion of draws and communication of results.
  2. Collaborate with client security and drawing personnel to oversee the draw process.
  3. Work closely with the client engagement team to ensure seamless execution of draw activities.
  4. Be available to work on-site in downtown Toronto, 2-4 days per week, for approximately 2-hour shifts, including rotational weekend work.
Requirements
  1. 1-2 years of administrative or professional experience is an asset.
  2. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to operate under time pressures.
  3. Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency.
