Job Title: Lottery Solutions Auditor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lottery Solutions Auditor to join our team. As a Lottery Solutions Auditor, you will be responsible for attending lottery draws, observing client procedures, and ensuring the accurate completion of draws and communication of draw results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend lottery draws and observe client procedures
  • Ensure the accurate completion of draws and communication of draw results
  • Work collaboratively with the client engagement team
  • Be available to work on-site, downtown Toronto, 2-4 days per week, for approximately 2 hour shifts starting at 13:00 or 21:30, including rotational weekend work
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of administrative or professional experience is an asset
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to operate under time pressures
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency
