B.C. LTD is seeking an experienced Executive Hospitality Manager to lead our daily operations and take charge of managing staff, customer relations, and the overall success of our restaurant.

Job Description

The Executive Hospitality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation of the restaurant, from food preparation to customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Menu Development and Pricing: Work with suppliers to negotiate prices and develop menus that meet our customers' expectations and preferences.
  • Daily Operations: Plan and organize daily tasks to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Relations: Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

We are offering a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

To be successful as an Executive Hospitality Manager, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
