About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Skyhigh Hospitality Ltd.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and calculate cheques for payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Manage financial records, establish and maintain various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, providing valuable insights into company performance.
  • Post journal entries, accurately recording financial transactions.
  • Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough reconciliations of accounts, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is between $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
