B.C. Cafe Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, agreements, and other documents.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to employee questions and complaints, and greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including data entry, basic bookkeeping tasks, and performing other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work Setting:

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a team of 5-10 people. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 30 to 35 hours per week.
