Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing students in clinical settings to promote evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.
  • Develop and implement educational programs and materials to support student learning and professional development.
  • Collaborate with nursing faculty and staff to ensure seamless integration of clinical education into the undergraduate nursing program.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of student performance and provide constructive feedback to promote growth and improvement.
  • Stay current with best practices in nursing education and incorporate new knowledge and skills into clinical education programs.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field required.
  • Minimum of three years of current clinical experience in nursing required.
  • Recent teaching experience preferred.
  • Graduate from an approved School of Nursing required.
  • Current registration or eligibility for registration, with C.R.N.M. required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in the use of word processing, email, and internet software required.
  • Scope of practice as documented in the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA).
  • Demonstrates commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth.
  • Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
