About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Metal Welder to join our team at A-S Heating and Cooling Inc. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal parts and products using various welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret welding process specifications and operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Examine welds to ensure they meet standards and specifications, and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
  • Operate hoisting and lifting equipment, and start up, shut down, adjust, and monitor robotic welding production lines.
Work Environment

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding workload. Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a team, are essential for this role.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
