Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welding Fabricator to join our team at Weld O Canada Inc. As a Welding Fabricator, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications and operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret welding process specifications to ensure accurate and efficient production
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment
  • Determine weldability of materials and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in welding and metal fabrication
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • English language proficiency
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Hours: 32 hours per week
