Paladin Security is seeking a skilled and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrolling designated areas to prevent and detect crime
  • Responding to emergencies and incidents in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Operating security equipment and technology
  • Collaborating with other security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Manitoba Security Guard License
  • Class 5 (clean driving record) an asset
  • Ability to work all shifts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical capability to perform extensive foot patrols
