Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Security Guard to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to detect and prevent potential security threats
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to clients and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents and activities
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance security skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Manitoba Security Guard License or willingness to obtain
  • Class 5 clean driving record (an asset)
  • First Aid, CPR, and AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • NVCI certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical capability to perform extensive foot patrols
  • Skilled in the use of computer applications, including data entry
