Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Security Guard to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Guard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities

As a Security Guard, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of clients and their properties

• Conducting regular patrols of the premises to identify and respond to potential security threats

• Maintaining accurate records of incidents and reporting any security breaches to management

• Collaborating with other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment

Requirements

To be successful as a Security Guard, you will need to have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Physical capability to perform extensive foot patrols

• Skilled in the use of computer applications, including data entry

• Ability to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Class 5 (clean driving record) an asset

• Valid Criminal Records Check and Child Abuse Registry Check (or willing to obtain)

• Certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED (or willing to obtain)

• Certified in NVCI (or willing to obtain)

• Valid Manitoba Security Guard License (or willing to obtain)

• High School Diploma/GED and eligible to work in Canada
