Are you passionate about protecting others and maintaining a safe environment? We are seeking a skilled Security Guard to join our team at Paladin Security.

Key Responsibilities

As a Security Guard, your primary duties will include:
  1. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safety of the public and our clients
  2. Conducting thorough security patrols and responding to incidents in a professional manner
  3. Maintaining accurate records and reports of incidents and security activities
  4. Collaborating with other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment


Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Physical capability to perform extensive foot patrols
  3. Strong written report writing skills and ability to use computer applications
  4. Ability to work all shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  5. Class 5 driving record (an asset)
  6. Valid Criminal Records Check and Child Abuse Registry Check (or willingness to obtain)
  7. Certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED (or willingness to obtain)
  8. Certification in NVCI (or willingness to obtain)
  9. Valid Manitoba Security Guard License (or willingness to obtain)
  10. High School Diploma/GED and eligibility to work in Canada
