Customer Service Representative – Competitive Salary

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Paws Operations Team, you will be responsible for handling all phone and chat bot inquiries, as well as directing requests to our ground and air transportation travel specialists.

This is an independent contractor position with competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative include:

  • Manage all queries from the chat bot, telephone and other sources, then allocate to the team as appropriate or resolve independently.
  • Follow up on quotations where the status is waiting for payment to finalize the booking.
  • Manage customer complaints and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential improvement opportunities in our processes.
  • Leverage our CRM system to manage customer inquiries.
  • Act as a liaison between operations and clients as needed.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in our processes.
