Digital Partnership Development Lead

The Digital Partnership Development Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Compass Group Canada's startup portfolio by fostering strategic relationships and building brand presence, both within Compass Group and externally.
This individual will be responsible for engaging Business Units, promoting initiatives, and creating a competitive edge through innovation.

What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience

As a Digital Partnership Development Lead, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Engage Business Units: Increase BU awareness of CDV, promoting CDV as a key innovation partner
- Strengthen CDV Brand: Position CDV as a leading innovator within Compass and the market through targeted branding
You'll need to possess strong business acumen, an understanding of partnership management, and the ability to identify strategic alignment opportunities across diverse business units.
In this role, you'll also need to be organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of successfully planning and managing events that align with strategic goals.
Requirements- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Innovation, or a related field
- Experience in partnerships, marketing, or business development is preferred
