About This Role

Job Summary:

The Associate Asset Protection Manager is a key member of the Saks Fifth Avenue team, responsible for managing the Asset Protection staff, monitoring shortage results, and implementing store safety and awareness programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training: Train store associates on awareness and Asset Protection policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain the integrity of physical inventory by monitoring reports and audits on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Shortage Strategies: Develop shortage strategies for merchandise groups, paperwork controls, and shortage awareness.
  • Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Perform other duties as needed to support the Asset Protection team.
About You
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years Asset Protection experience in a large volume retail environment.
  • Certification: Certification required where applicable by jurisdiction.
  • Skills: Ability to quickly learn Saks Fifth Avenue standards, procedures, and IT applications.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience Wicklander-Zulawski certification a plus.

Compensation

The starting hourly rate for this position is between $per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, skills, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
