Triumph Protection Group Canada Inc is seeking a highly skilled External Asset Protection Specialist to support our client, Lululemon.

Job Summary

The Asset Protection Specialist is responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud, and supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned region. They utilize tools to minimize loss to our clients, including identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV and exception reports, monitoring physical security, auditing, and driving a shrink elimination culture.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Investigate and report incidents of theft and fraud, and assist with the apprehension of individuals committing these crimes.
  • Complete the prosecution process, including reporting to police, case reports, and testifying in court as required.
  • Develop effective partnerships with Loss Prevention members, store management, and outside agencies, including the Police, Mall Security, and AP Peers.
  • Disseminate intelligence to the AP team and ORC Investigator, and maintain accurate report records and case building documentation.
  • Support the ORC investigator and AP team with store blitzes and surveillance.
  • Review and archive CCTV surveillance.
  • Input and document theft incidents into company case management systems.
  • Complete monthly and quarterly reports for the AP team.
  • Maintain KPI logs and ensure compliance with local, provincial, and federal laws.
Required Skills and Abilities
  • High School education or equivalent required.
  • One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
  • One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the Store team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively resolve conflict.
Physical Requirements

The successful candidate must be physically able to patrol the property, access areas quickly, and capture and detain individuals if necessary. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and monitoring surveillance equipment are also required.
