About the Position
This role involves performing various clerical and administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and files, processing invoices, and answering phone calls. You will also assist in other processes like reconciliation, expense report preparation, and budget development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in reconciliations, prepare expense reports, and process invoices.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to relevant personnel.
  • Set up and maintain filing systems for records and correspondence.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare responses to routine letters, and complete forms according to company procedures.
  • Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for office staff.
  • Administer department programs, projects, and processes.
  • Order and distribute supplies, make copies of documents, and support recruitment efforts by posting positions internally and externally.
Requirements:
  • No more than 2 years of experience.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Detailed-oriented and able to work in an advanced corporate setting.
  • Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications.
