Job Title: Project Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Automation Specialist to join our team at GWS Tool Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing accounts and generating new opportunities for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct sales presentations to customers on a daily basis, effectively planning and executing meetings to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain prospect accounts to increase revenue by partnering with our distribution chain.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, procedures, services, and tools by attending departmental and training meetings.
  • Use marketing data to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency by leveraging relevant sales management tools.
  • Prepare reports for sales and marketing, as well as maintain expense accounts.
  • Update and maintain customer accounts, including contact information for future sales.
  • Provide product quotes to customers as needed, with support from our inside sales team.
  • Experience processing customer parts from drawing to finished product.
  • Manage current customer accounts.
  • Possess a degree in sales and marketing, or a related field.
  • Be able to prospect new accounts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
