Job Title: Project Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Automation Specialist to join our team at GWS Tool Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing accounts and generating new opportunities for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct sales presentations to customers on a daily basis, effectively planning and executing meetings to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain prospect accounts to increase revenue by partnering with the distribution chain.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, procedures, services, and tools by attending departmental and training meetings.
  • Utilize marketing data to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency using relevant sales management tools.
  • Prepare reports for sales and marketing, and maintain expense accounts.
  • Update and maintain customer accounts, including contact names and numbers for future sales.
  • Provide product quotes to customers as needed, with the support of inside sales.
  • Experience processing customer parts from drawing to finished product.
  • Account management for current customers.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with a degree in a related field highly regarded.
  • Ability to prospect new accounts and build relationships with customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
