About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Dreamers Bar Inc. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure they are meeting their performance goals and providing excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our patrons, addressing their complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Assist in the planning, organization, and direction of daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control costs associated with products and services, ensuring that we are operating within our budget.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all staff are aware of and comply with provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, team player, and ability to multitask.
