We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Michael Kors. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of store operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Generation: Meet personal and store sales goals, assist in tracking and monitoring business results, and ensure an elevated level of sales and service is practiced by all associates.
- Customer Service: Ensure all associates provide the highest level of customer service, build and maintain repeat clientele, and resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively.
- Operations: Collaborate with the store manager in areas of risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventory management, and participate in staff training and inventory processes.
- Merchandising/Visual: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of all merchandising/visual directives, ensure the selling floor is neat and organized, and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
- Human Resources: Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensure the integrity of payroll, and resolve human resources issues in a timely and effective manner.
