Regulatory Affairs Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team in Liberty Village. This full-time position will offer the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, with a hybrid model that includes 2 days of in-office work and 3 days of remote work.
Job DescriptionThis role will be responsible for leading packaging creation for new product development, commercial expansion, and brand enhancements. You will maintain regulatory compliance for all DECIEM packaging in all markets, review and manage website text, and support sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilities- Lead packaging creation for new product development, commercial expansion, and brand enhancements
- Maintain regulatory compliance for all DECIEM packaging in all markets
- Review and manage website text for existing products
- Support review and implementation of enhanced website compliance
- Review internal and external marketing language
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Manage global extended producer responsibilities including submission of reports and payment of fees
- Support sustainability initiatives
- Understanding of cosmetic, NHP, and OTC packaging requirements
- Extremely well organized and detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment
- Relevant education in Regulatory Affairs, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacology or another relevant field OR equivalent work experience is an asset
This role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as generous vacation and personal days, 6 months of paid time off for new parents, work from anywhere 4 weeks per year, summer Fridays, and unlimited access to an Employee Assistance Program.
