Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Ssab AB. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, CAD, Shipping, and Finance, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and customer needs to provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the steel industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Technical or Business discipline.
  • Experience in drawings, working with templates, and basic understanding of CAD and nesting software.
  • Experience in the steel industry.

Working Conditions:

Travel 10% of the time for meetings, trainings, and conferences as needed.
