Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

At Ssab AB, we are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for our company.

Job Purpose:

The primary purpose of this role is to provide direct support to our Regional Sales Managers in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers. This includes building rapport, providing product advice and technical support, preparing quotations and sales orders, and maintaining and improving quality results.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions:
