Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2830209 ONTARIO INC. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient food service operations to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.
  • Develop and implement quality control standards to ensure that our food meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively supervise and train staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures and ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
