Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
