Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, hiring food service staff, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in food service
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year

Working Conditions:
