Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Star House Family Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and team player.
Working Conditions:
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling.
