Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Wokbox. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure optimal food preparation and minimize waste.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to optimize kitchen operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform kitchen decisions.
  • Supervise and inspect the assembly of trays to ensure presentation and quality standards are met.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Availability to work 30-40 hours per week.
