Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Western Restaurant Franchises Inc O/A A & W Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they are meeting our quality and service standards.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and maintained.
  • Monitor and control labor costs to ensure profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations and staff.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
