Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at De Chou. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Culinary Leadership: Provide culinary direction and leadership to our kitchen team, ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu items and ensure that our menu offerings are innovative and appealing to our customers.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of food safety and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our kitchen inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet our menu demands.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
