We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Levilla Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operation and management of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies in a timely manner to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates to manage restaurant expenses effectively.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis to provide insights into restaurant performance.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary genres and menu planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team and interact with customers.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Degree in Hospitality or related field an asset.

Compensation:

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $45,000 and $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
