Overview
Adecco Canada is recruiting for a Senior Litigation Assistant for a full-time permanent contract role with our client in downtown Ottawa, ON. This position requires a proactive and organized professional who can anticipate needs and ensure the smooth operation of both legal and administrative functions.

Salary and Benefits
This role offers an estimated annual salary of $70,000 to $90,000 based on experience, along with 3 weeks' vacation, 12 personal days, 100% health and dental coverage from day one, long-term disability after 3 months, and RSP matching starting at 3% after one year.

Job Description
The Senior Litigation Assistant will have the following responsibilities:
- Filing documents in the document management system as per client requirements
- Coordinating monthly billing
- Reviewing AR lists
- Setting up meetings and appointments

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have over 5 years' experience in various areas of litigation law, including labor and employment law. You should also possess strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and strong oral and written communication skills in both English and French. Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel is essential.

Bilingualism is an asset
, but not required. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, handle multiple associates, and undertake additional responsibilities as required within the practice group.
