Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of reports involving business valuations, damage quantification, income analysis, and other related tasks. This will include analyzing legal and financial documentation, gathering and analyzing data from public and licensed sources, and providing expert opinions on business valuations and litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparation of detailed reports on business valuations, damage quantification, and income analysis.
- Analysis of complex legal and financial documents, including financial statements and tax returns.
- Gathering and analysis of data from public and licensed sources to support business valuations and litigation matters.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Relevant work experience in business valuations and/or litigation.
- Enrolled in the Chartered Business Valuators program.
- Expertise in analyzing financial statements and knowledge of income tax.
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications. The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
