Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor Role at Amplitude Contracting Inc.

At Amplitude Contracting Inc., we seek a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of our equipment and facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and ensuring the health and safety of our team members.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and address equipment issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Requisition and manage maintenance supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with maintenance personnel, production staff, and other stakeholders.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, maintenance management).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in maintenance or production.
  • Proven track record of success in maintenance planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools for maintenance management.
