Job Summary

Amplitude Contracting Inc. is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of our equipment and facilities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and the ability to lead a team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities to ensure that they are in good working order.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and healthy manner, in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of spare parts and materials to ensure that they are available when needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on maintenance activities, including hours worked, materials used, and equipment maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in mechanical maintenance and repair.

  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to mechanical equipment and tools.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
