**Your Key Responsibilities:**

* Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve operational and IT issues
* Provide top-notch customer service in person, on the phone, and via email
* Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for clients and colleagues
* Organize conference room schedules and coordinate events with internal and external partners
* Perform various administrative tasks, such as mail distribution, document filing, and supply ordering

**Your Team:**

You'll be part of our dynamic National Bank Financial - Wealth Management team, working closely with investment advisors and other support staff to deliver exceptional client experiences. **Requirements:**

* High school diploma and 2.5 years of relevant experience or a college diploma and 6 months of relevant experience
* College diploma in administration, an asset
* Experience working in financial services, an asset
* Practical knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure
* Organizational and priority management skills
